Andrea Hough joined TD Bank as Vice President of Talent Acquisition in 2015, located in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to TD Bank, she served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Management for ServiceMaster in Memphis, Tennessee and Senior Vice President Talent Acquisition for Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In all of her recruiting leadership roles she has been committed to building exceptional recruiting teams and delivering unprecedented candidate and client experience.
Andrea is focused on developing an end-to-end, full-service recruiting organization whose goal is to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective hires. Andrea is a graduate of Western Michigan University and Adjunct Professor at Cornell University.
Lyne Wilson Director, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Health NAV CANADA
Lyne Wilson is the Director, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Health for NAV CANADA, the owner and operator of the country’s civil Air Navigation Service. She is responsible for HR based activity within the organization from both an operational and strategic perspective. Since 2000, Lyne has held a number of positions at NAV CANADA. She is currently responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Health and Wellness Programs and Employee Relations complaints. One of her top priority is to attract and retain diverse top talent, building capacity, and engaging employees
Before joining NAV CANADA, Lyne worked at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL).

With over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Lisa has witnessed the evolution of recruitment from the rolodex of business cards to the utilization of technology and social networking. With a Bachelors degree from York University, she walked into a Toronto based recruitment agency in search of a “job”. Little did she know that her attempt at finding a “job” marked the beginning of her career. She became so intrigued by her recruiter that she inquired about making her a member of their team. In a matter of days, Lisa was hired and the rest is history!
Her strategic human resources and talent acquisition experience ranges across a variety of industries including financial services, retail and marketing. Lisa’s career has been dedicated to building talent growth strategies inclusive of the planning, design and implementation of centralized talent acquisition teams. From Edward Jones where she was responsible for attracting and selecting financial advisors across Canada; to Walmart where she led the human resource and talent teams through high growth planning and transformation, to Target where she was one of the first hires on the leadership team tasked with designing the talent acquisition framework to support their international expansion into Canada; to Match Marketing Group where she developed their national people strategy.
She is a leader who pushes the boundaries of traditional Talent Acquisition while engaging and inspiring large national teams to love what they do, understand why they are doing it and how to get it done!
