Sangeeta Doss, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery Leader for Community Banking, is a 28 year veteran team member who is one of many examples of someone who has lived and experienced this culture of internal talent movement. Sangeeta has held over 13 job titles across various disciplines, and currently leads a team of over 250 recruiting professionals geographically located across the United States.
The Community Banking division of Wells Fargo serves customers through approximately 6,000 retail banking stores, 13,000 ATMs in 39 states and the District of Columbia. Community Banking includes Business Strategy and Administration; Customer and Branch Experience; Customer Remediation Office; Distribution Strategy Group; Regional Banking; Regional Services; and Customer Segments, which includes Affluent Customer Segment, Wells Fargo at Worksm, Practice Finance, and Small Business
Sangeeta has her master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is an Executive Officer on two school boards. She enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle in San Diego with her husband and two daughters.
Jason Pistulka AVP, Talent Acquisition HCA
Jason Pis-tulka serves as AVP of Talent Acquisition for HCA for the national marketing and sourcing team as well as the recruiting teams for the corporate and lines of business functions at HCA including Physician Services Group, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Sarah Cannon Cancer Research and IT&S. Our team is centralized in Nashville with approximately 75 resources. Jason joined HCA in late 2014.
Prior to HCA Jason served as the Director of Corporate recruiting at Asurion where he was responsible for the talent needs of corporate IT, HR, finance, legal and underwriting functions across North America. In addition, Jason lead the corporate college recruiting function for Asurion. Asurion is a global leader in consumer electronics protection with over 14,000 employees and is headquartered in Nashville Tennessee.
Before moving into recruiting leadership Jason works in the Human Resources Business Partner space at Asurion, in Nashville,TN, CUNA Mutual in Madison, WI, Microsoft in Fargo, ND and Stora Enso in Stamford, CT.
After MBA school to Jason worked as a Consultant with Williams and Company Consulting in Sioux City, IA providing financial modeling and strategic management consulting to broadband and telephony startups as well as HR and executive search consulting for various industries.
Jason earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Mary College and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a Certificate in Labor Relations for Cornell University. Jason has worked as an adjunct professor at five different colleges and universities teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in economics and human resources. Jason has been a guest speaker at the University of Notre Dame business school, the University of Wisconsin, Madison business school, several different SHRM chapters, and has been a reoccurring speaker at various recruiting conferences.
Pam Hennard VP, North America, Talent Acquisition Dell
Pam Hennard has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition in industries such as banking & financial services, healthcare, and technology. She is experienced in building talent acquisition strategies across industries, leading talent strategies during mergers & acquisitions, process improvement aligned to hiring, and developing and leading teams.
She is currently Vice President of North America Talent Acquisition at Dell, based in Phoenix, AZ. She and her team are responsible for hiring in the US and Canada, which includes university and professional hires. She received a master of art degree in organizational management from University of Phoenix.
Suzanne Rosenthal VP, Talent Acquisition, Campus to Career & Internal Mobility Viacom
Suzanne is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of Viacom’s university programs and early career hiring. Suzanne and her team work with universities and partner organizations to identify high potential candidates for Viacom’s highly regarded internship program and recent graduates for numerous pipeline programs focused on critical functions. In addition to overseeing Viacom’s university programs, in 2014 she took on the organizational priority of helping to spearhead Viacom’s Internal Mobility initiative. In that role, she is responsible the development and execution of programs to support employees mobility across the organization.
Suzanne holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and Business from SUNY Plattsburgh and an M.S. in Adult Education-Human Resources Development from Fordham University.
David Amsden Global, VP Leadership Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Cognizant
David currently holds the role of Global Vice President of Leadership Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & TSC Strategic Programs for Cognizant. In his role he is active in building, leading and managing the people, process and systems for global leadership recruiting and talent acquisition. He also provides executive leadership, strategy and execution for TSC, Congizant’s Talent Supply Chain Strategic Program.
David has also held roles with Keane, Korn Ferry and Christian & Timbers and attended Virginia Military Institute.
Laura Smith Director, Talent Acquisition, U.S., Latin America, Japan & Asia Pacific AbbVie
Laura Smith is responsible for providing talent acquisition strategic direction and leadership for Abbvie’s U.S., Latin America, Japan & Asia Pacific regions and the Global Souring team. Laura leads a team of ~50 based in 9 countries. AbbVie is a global, research-based biopharmaceutical company formed in 2013 following separation from Abbott Laboratories. The company's mission is to use its expertise, dedicated people and unique approach to innovation to develop and market advanced therapies that address some of the world's most complex and serious diseases.
Laura joined Abbott in 2006 as a member of the sourcing team focused on proactive executive recruitment for the corporate functions. In the past ten years she has held roles of increasing responsibility including leading recruitment for Abbott’s corporate functions and pharmaceutical business and expanded regional responsibility at AbbVie.
Prior to joining AbbVie, Laura was an executive recruiter at boutique retained search firms focused on providing inclusive slates of talent. She started her recruitment career with an IT staffing organization.
