Stuart Hockridge Stuart holds a degree from University of Warwick, England in History and Politics. His career started in the UK with GEC-Marconi. He was with this organization for 7 years and did progressive HR roles in 4 of their different businesses, from Avionics to Consumer Electronics and finally Telecommunications. During this latter time, Stuart spent 18 months in Pittsburgh PA. He went on to join Amersham in November 2002 as the UK HR Country Manager for the Biosciences division based out of Cardiff in the UK. In May 2004, Amerhsam was acquired by GE and Stuart moved to the Grove Center, Buckinghamshire as the HRM for the R&D organization in Medical Diagnostics. In December 2005, Stuart returned to the US, this time to Wauwatosa, WI as the Senior HRM for the Interventional, Cardiology and Surgery business. Stuart spent 12 months in this role before moving to the Organization and Staffing role for the Global Diagnostic Imaging business in January 2007. He followed that with an assignment as the O&S Leader for the Americas region within the Executive & Talent Development team and most recently, in Jan 2011, was asked to manage the Talent Acquisition organizations for GEHC globally in addition to some responsibilities for representing GEHC in the GE wide O&S council. Stuart’s official title is Global Talent Acquisition and Organization Development Leader. Stuart currently lives in Merton, WI with his wife Julie, 7 year old daughter Ella and Duke the dog. |
