Roger joined Wal-Mart in 2008 as the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management. In this role, he is responsible for executive development, Leadership University, executive succession planning, officer selection and Corporate Learning Services.
Before joining Wal-Mart, Roger was Senior Vice President, Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America. He has also served as Vice President of Human Resources for McLeodUSA, a regional telecommunications provider, and as Vice President, Human Resources for Williams, Inc. Cude has served on the Boards of Directors for the National Alliance of Business, National Employee Leadership Council, and the Center for Non-profit Management.
