Marty Paslick

Marty Paslick has been with HCA for 26 years. In 1992, he began his managerial career by leading the Clinical Systems Development team. He was named Vice President of Product Development in 1998. In 1999, he pioneered the company’s Internet Strategy team (ehc.com). In 2006, Marty became Vice President of Field Operations and successfully led the company’s massive transition to the new IT Support Model, constructing 14 divisional organizations to support HCA’s healthcare assets. Now as Chief Operating Officer, Marty manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, focusing closely on the delivery of project related work while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Marty is also a Board Member and Executive Council Member of the Nashville Sports Council, past Chairman of the Board of the Nashville Technology Council, and past Board Member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
Marty holds two undergraduate degrees and a Master’s of Business Administration all from the University of Louisville. He and his wife Becky live in Nashville and have one son.
