Matt O’Connor

Matt O’Connor is currently the Senior Vice President for the US Staffing Business and Software Solutions including SeeMore. Matt is an industry veteran and has been with Monster for over 11 and a half years working out of the corporate headquarters in Maynard, MA. Since joining Monster Matt has held numerous positions in SMB Sales, Monster Government Solutions and the Enterprise and Staffing Business. Matt helped launch Monster's Government Solution’s business in 2002 and pioneered Monster’s relationships into such places as the CIA, NSA, FBI, USAJobs and the Department of Defense. Matt has won numerous awards and accolades while at Monster and has held various management roles since 2004.
Before Monster, Matt spent several years in Financial Services and Insurance working his way up in a variety of sales, underwriting and business development roles where he ultimately held the role of National Director of Underwriting for Zurich Insurance. Matt serves on a number of boards and in 2008 Matt was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to the Board of Trustees for the State Library at the Mass. Statehouse and continues to serve on this board. Matt is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the 15-40 organization which serves cancer awareness for people between the ages of 15 and 40 and has served on the New England Dance Center which is a nonprofit dance studio for under privileged kids. |
