Karen Turner
VP, Strategic Talent Optimization

An accomplished business innovator with more than two decades of talent acquisition and workforce management experience, Karen Turner is SourceRight’s Vice President, Strategic Talent Optimization. Continually responding to the world of work’s evolution, Turner is responsible for defining how SourceRight creates and operationalizes the solutions that enable clients to fully leverage the benefits of their blended workforces. From concept to market to commercialization of SourceRight’s strategic talent optimization products and practice, she holds a pivotal position in the company’s future innovation platform, growth and customer expansion opportunities.

Turner joined the company in 2006. She was responsible for using her significant talent acquisition and workforce management expertise, along with her successful start-up experience to design, create, deliver and manage the company’s Contingent Workforce Services line of business.  Under her leadership, the company realized rapid substantial growth and earned the reputation as a leader in the contingent workforce management industry.

Before that, she held an entrepreneurial role at ZeroChaos. As a founding employee and member of the leadership team, she was instrumental in driving rapid growth through new business development and product design that led to the successful sale of the company. Prior to ZeroChaos, she spent several years in the recruiting and staffing industry serving in various senior management positions in sales, marketing and strategic solutions.

Active in HROA, SHRM, and SIA, she is considered an industry expert in the field of talent acquisition and workforce management.  Turner is often called upon to share her knowledge and expertise on topics such as integrated talent management, blended workforce strategies, talent and alumni communities, independent contractor compliance, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service programs (MSP) and contingent workforce strategies (CWS).
