Judy Sweeney has been both a practitioner and researcher in the field of Talent Management. Judy recently launched her own research company to offer clients her unique perspective from more than 30 years of enterprise software marketing and research.  In her last executive role, she was Vice President & Head of Research for Taleo, providing thought leadership to the human capital management industry.  Before that, she was Senior Vice President of Research for AMR Research, leading a team of analysts known for their expertise in human capital management, enterprise applications and infrastructure and supply chain. Judy’s specific research focused on HCM and midmarket ERP. 
Judy has been quoted in various industry trade publications and is a member of the IHRIM Workforce Solutions Review Editorial Board and the International Performance Management Institute Advisory Board. She is currently on the College of Management Advisory Board.  She was also a trustee for the University of Massachusetts and served on a state committee to study the reorganization of public higher education in Massachusetts.
