Jane is currently the General Manager of Global Workforce Development for Chevron Corporation and is responsible for executive succession management, corporate-wide employee and leadership development programs, learning technology, and talent analytics.

Prior to her current assignment, Jane was the HR Manager for Global Marketing, and then HR General Manager for Technology & Services.  Other management positions have included Manager, Strategic Planning, Quality and Training in Chevron International Oil Company; Unit Manager, Water and Ecology in Chevron Research;  Managing Consultant in Corporate HR, responsible for executive leadership education and coaching in Reinforcement-Based Leadership; and Manager, Global Organization Learning and Development in Corporate HR.   Jane spearheaded the development of Chevron’s internal change management methodology and spent several years leading the change management for two large-scale SAP implementation projects.  

Jane’s early career years were spent in environmental research, process engineering, liability negotiations, and various strategic, logistics and investment planning positions.

Jane graduated from the University of Michigan in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and received her MBA in 1986 from the University of California at Berkeley.
