Jenifer A. Kihm, PhD Jenifer holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the nationally recognized program at Bowling Green State University. She also earned an MBA - Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her early career includes extensive work in product management, direct marketing, and pricing strategy and implementation. She leveraged this work when transitioning to human capital and business consulting, giving her an “operators” perspective when applying psychological principles to the world of work. In the last 10 years, Jenifer has focused exclusively on designing process, tools and systems to optimize hiring outcomes at all levels of the organization, and then managing teams to deliver as planned. She has worked within staffing organizations as well as those consuming staffing services. She currently oversees a full corporate RPO partnership for all FTE hiring outside the c-suite as well as an MSP partnership for contingent workers. |
