Javid Muhammedali Since 2008, Javid has led the team responsible for Monster’s search and match products on the global platform and has led Monster’s Semantic Search product management team to launch multiple products in the US and around the globe. Prior to his role at Monster, Javid worked for Peoplefluent (then called Authoria) and led the go-to-market and launch of the first integrated talent management suite in the industry. Before Peoplefluent, Javid co-founded and developed the first multi-tenant, SAAS applicant tracking system, Interview Exchange that serves the college faculty and non-profit market. Javid was awarded a patent for his work on recruitment based on published profiles, holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India and an MBA from Boston College.
