Jack Morehouse As Co-founder and VP Business Development for Perceptyx™, Inc., Jack is author of the Perceptyx™ Engagement Philosophy and chief architect of the Perceptyx™ methodology. Jack is responsible for professional services, business development, product development, and integration of new projects and operations. Jack's background in curriculum design, executive management training and consulting, leadership training, internal operations management and customer service program development informs and enhances the intuitive design of Perceptyx™ systems. Jack’s database applications for collecting and measuring training needs were the precursor to the Perceptyx™ system. Jack has been a business owner and business management consultant for over twenty years. Prior to that time, Jack served in designs engineering and as a technical training facilitator during a ten-year career with Chevron, USA. Perceptyx™ clients including Mercer Consulting, SuccessFactors, Micron, Cardinal Health, Johnson & Johnson, Hitachi, PETCO and many others. |
