Ben Bekhor is the Vice President of Human Resources for Coca-Cola Refreshments, West Operating Unit. Through a team of 23, he has responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources for a $2B business and 8000+ employees. Prior to his 10 years at Coca-Cola, he worked for Vons Grocery Company for 18 years, holding several operational and human resource roles.
Ben earned a B.A. in Social Science and Communication from the University of Southern California and a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. He has been an adjunct professor for Pasadena City College, teaching business and human resource courses for the Retail Management Certificate program. Ben has been a strong advocate for creating gender diverse organizations and is former board member for Network of Executive Women, Southern California Chapter.

Kim Newkirk is the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy for Intel Corporation’s Global Leadership and Learning Organization. She leads a global team responsible for designing and executing strategies to develop and grow the capabilities of Intel’s talent, from employees to executives, in order to advance Intel’s business.
In addition to a rich background in Human Resources, Learning and Development and coaching, Kim has over 5 years’ experience leading large scale technical software teams. Kim started her career in finance where she spent 10 years as a finance business partner in several start-up business units.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University and a MBA from George Washington University. She currently resides in El Dorado Hills, CA with her husband and three young children.
