Doug leads our Talent Advisory Services practice specialty areas of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources & Workplace Optimization. Doug possesses 20 years of talent acquisition and human resource expertise in developing talent acquisition strategies in response to business change. This includes experience defining value proposition, building talent pools, recruitment & delivery strategy, optimizing holistic talent processes, retention strategies, attrition analysis, strategic workforce planning, training, creating talent marketing campaigns and strategic human resources advisement.
He has held various senior leadership positions with major national and international specialty staffing firms for finance, accounting, legal, HR and administrative human capital needs — most recently holding positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer. His focus has ranged from talent management and executive leadership, to sales, operations, and workplace insights.
As the employment expert for FOX News in Tampa, Florida, Doug Arms is a weekly spokesperson with a live segment. He also appears on additional local and national broadcasts, and lends his insight to print media sources. He has been featured in Forbes® and The Wall Street Journal®, and on CBS Money Watch, CNN®, and NBC®, as well as a number of other news outlets.
Doug received his BA from Montclair State University and his MBA from Saint Leo University. He is certified by SHRM as a Sr. Certified Professional (SCP) and certified by HRCI as a Sr. Professional in HR (SPHR), SWP & STA. He has also completed Advanced Leadership Training at the IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Jennifer Farris CEO Squadley
Jennifer Farris is a seasoned Bay Area HR executive & consultant with over 10 years’ experience in HR management. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of the successful consulting firm FarsideHR Solutions as well as the CEO and Co-Founder of Squadley, a workforce success platform which brings together real-time date that drives alignment, performance and engagement to help #makemanagersawesome. Through her career, Jennifer has held HR leadership positions at, Kabam, Practice Fusion, Ampush and Flexport. Jennifer received her MSc degree from the University of Edinburgh.
Suzanne Kinkel President HarQen
As President of HarQen, LLC, Suzanne leads the HarQen team to help companies align their Talent Acquisition strategies with organizational goals through the use of On Demand Interviewing technology. Suzanne's background includes 15+ years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resource Outsourcing. Passionate about people, HR, talent acquisition, and what makes companies successful she has the ability to translate her wealth of industry knowledge into measurable results for her clients.
In prior roles, Suzanne was CEO of The Talent Logics Group, a recruitment consulting company, and Executive Vice President at Headway.
Preston Clark, J.D. President Everfi
Preston Clark, J.D., is the President of EVERFI’s Conduct & Culture division that powers online training solutions to over 1,500 companies worldwide on topics ranging from state mandated harassment prevention to global ethics and code of conduct. Based in the East Bay of San Francisco, Preston joined EVERFI’s executive team through its acquisition of LawRoom in 2016 where he served as Chief Revenue Officer.
Since 2010, Preston has helped accelerate revenue growth for several companies in the software compliance industry. Prior to entering tech, Preston served as Assistant General Counsel for the University of Miami as well as a member of its board of trustees under Donna Shalala.
Preston served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural El Salvador from 2001-2014. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami and his B.A. in Philosophy from the Loyola Marymount University.
Sean Flynn CEO Gympass
Sean Flynn is the US CEO of Gympass, a platform that empowers employers to engage their workforce in physical activity by providing access to a network of 32,000 gyms and fitness studios worldwide. Prior to Gympass, Sean was Vice President of Global Sales IBM’s Talent Management Solutions. Sean also led sales for IBM Smarter Cities, Commerce, and the U.S. Federal market. Before joining IBM, Sean served as an Armor officer in the US Army. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business and a BS from the United Stated Military Academy at West Point.
Bill Baetz VP, Organizational Effectiveness Services Perceptyx, Inc
Bill Baetz, Ph.D. is Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness Services for Perceptyx. Over his career, he has served in consulting, L&D, and line management capacities, including extensive experience in training, marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, and manufacturing roles for General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, and Eastman Kodak.
In his career, Dr. Baetz has supported many organizations in helping build their organizational development capabilities, including at Unilever, Amazon, Merck, BP, Wells Fargo, MetLife, McGraw-Hill, MetLife, KPMG, MasterCard, NASA, GE, UBS, Williams Energy, Crayola, BG Group, Carnival Cruise Lines, Bank One, Southern California Edison, NATO, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy. He has extensive facilitation and training experience, working with groups in a variety of settings around the world (including in Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and North America).
Dr. Baetz has also worked with a broad range of organizations globally to help accelerate their HR transformational efforts. He is a thought leader in this area, presenting and facilitating sessions on strategic HR and OD at numerous conferences (including the OD Network, OD Summit, SHRM, Talent & OD Institute, HR Management Institute, HR.com, and Corporate Learning & Talent Development Summit conferences). He has also taught executive MBA courses for the Universidad del Salvador in Argentina.
Bill holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He is also a Certified Co-active Professional Coach (CPCC) from Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
