Chris Kaiser leads Fitbit’s East Region enterprise business development efforts for Fitbit’s Corporate Wellness offering. Over the last 12 years, Chris has worked with enterprise clients and large scale payers to improve the effectiveness of their wellness programs. He’s held a variety of roles, most recently at WellNet, where he was senior vice president of business development. Chris lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Jordan and son Evan.
Vicki Ryan Chief People Officer Castlight
Vicki Ryan is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources as chief people officer at Castlight Health, including talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, change management, and employee engagement. She has held senior HR executive positions, both domestically and internationally, and at successful high-growth technology and services organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 150 corporations. Among her past leadership roles, Vicki served as chief people officer at Jive Software, global vice president of people at LumaSense Technologies, vice president of people for Mercury Interactive, which was acquired by HP. Vicki holds a bachelor of science in business from San Jose State University.
Michael Jones VP, HR, U.S. Field Operations Ricoh Americas Corporation
Michael Jones was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, U.S. Field Operations, Ricoh Americas Corporation in April 2008. As a member of Ricoh's senior HR team, Jones is responsible for overseeing the Consultant, Employment Relations, and Learning HR teams as they implement and execute programs that drive optimum human capital results as part of the company’s transformation journey. Jones also has responsibility for ethics reporting management and serves as the U.S. HR Ethics Advisor.
Jones serves as the leader of Ricoh’s national Diversity and Social Responsibility Team, which focuses on promoting and strengthening Ricoh's focus on inclusion and corporate social responsibility efforts. He is also a key member of Ricoh’s supplier diversity initiative and builds strategic relationships to expand Ricoh’s partnerships with minority-owned, small, small-disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, disabled-owned and HUB Zone small businesses.
Jones is also a member of the Contributions Committee for the Ricoh Americas Foundation, focused on corporate giving and charitable contributions in the U.S.
Jones was a team recipient of the prestigious Ricoh Minori Award for the group’s work in advancing veteran hiring in conjunction with Ricoh’s Wounded Warriors Operation Hero Program.
Throughout his 18-year Ricoh tenure, Jones has held several progressive field-based human resources positions, including national recruiting. Prior to joining Ricoh, Jones held a variety of leadership, staff and volunteer roles with Coconut Grove Cares, a non-profit, United Way agency in South Florida that advocated the growth and development of inner-city youth and their community.
Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in organization leadership from Mercer University in Macon, GA. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as a lifetime member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Atlanta, GA chapter. He is also a board member of Nicholas House, one of Atlanta’s first homeless shelters for families whose goal is to help homeless families realize self sufficiency.
