Todd Reeves is currently the VP of HR e-Commerce Platform & Finance for Expedia, Inc, a role he has held for the past 2 years. Here he holds responsibility for building teams, accelerating leaders and driving organizational performance across the organization. In his role, he is also very focused on HR Strategy Development and Organizational Transformation and Change initiatives.
Grace Mininberg | VP, HR | GM Financial
Grace Mininberg is VP of HR at GM Financial where she proactively collaborates and leads Human Capital solutions, for 2000+ team members, in a culture of high growth and rapid change.
She is lauded for her business knowledge, operations, strategic planning, and industry competitive landscape. Given her 18 years of progressive leadership roles, she aligns with executive leaders to assess the business, relative to organization and people. Recently, Grace led joint efforts to design and effectuate a high potential executive job rotation program between General Motors and GMF. Grace is currently focused on a three year People Vision, related to HR Foundational priorities and change management initiatives.
Prior to GM Financial, Grace held HR roles in a variety of industries, including but not limited to, high tech, hospitality, and IT. She holds a B.S. in HR Management from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Grace’s passions include mentoring, fitness, cooking, and is an avid sports fan.
EJ Meier | VP, HR | Gates
EJ currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Gates Corporation. Gates Corporation is the world’s leading manufacturer of power transmission belts and a premier global manufacturer of fluid power products.
In this capacity, EJ leads Human Resources activities for approximately 7,000 Gates Associates at more than two dozen sites across the Americas. In addition to his Operational Human Resource responsibilities, EJ also leads the following Global functions: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Shared Services and Human Resources Business Process Improvement.
Prior to joining Gates in August 2016, EJ held HR roles with Avaya, Seagate Corporation, StorageTek, Mead Johnson Nutritionals and Whirlpool Corporation.
EJ received his BSc in Management from the University of Southern Indiana and his MBA from the University of Findlay.
Iris Drayton-Spann | VP, HR & Organizational Development | WETA TV
In her role as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for WETA TV in Arlington, Virginia Iris Drayton-Spann develops, builds and maintains a strategic human resources function that supports WETA’s business strategy; aligning policy and programs with the organizations strategic plan, mission, values and culture. As a member of the management team, Iris promotes positive employee relations and acts as a trusted advisor on human resources issues. She is also responsible for developing and implementing programs for staffing, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compensation, compliance and professional development for over 300 employees. In this role, Iris reports directly to the SVP/CFO and Treasurer of WETA.
WETA is the leading public broadcasting company in the nation’s capital, serving Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia with educational initiatives and with high-quality programming on WETA Television and Classical WETA 90.9 FM. WETA is one of the largest-producing stations of new content for public television in the United States. At the core of that mission is PBS NewsHour, produced by NHP, a wholly-owned non-profit subsidiary of WETA. The award-winning show is broadcast weeknights from WETA’s Production Center. The NewsHour is carried by more than 350 PBS stations nationwide and is known for its in-depth coverage and discussion of issues and current events.
For 7.5 years, Iris was previously the Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries International, Inc. (GII) Member Services Center located in Rockville, MD. In her role as Vice President of Human Resources at GII, Iris was responsible for executing a Compelling Place to Performwith programs designed to engage, develop, value and celebrate their employees, teams and colleagues. Iris was responsible for creating and improving HR policies, procedures and systems. She strategized, planned, and executed effective HR initiatives that allowed GII to achieve growth and sustainability by focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and attrition control. In addition, Iris was responsible for working cross functionally to build a culture that reinforced GII’s “Walk This Way”values.
Iris has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Howard University, a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, and her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI. Iris has over 18 years of experience in employee relations, strategic recruiting, performance management, mediation, policy and procedure management, and training and development. She is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and holds a SHRM-CP certification. A member of the Society for Diversity and holds a certificate from the Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Leadership Program, sponsored by SHRM. She obtained her Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) certification (2013) and her Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) certification in 2016 sponsored by The Institute for Diversity Certification. Iris has also received Results Based Facilitation (RBF) Training and most recently Results Based Leadership (rebranded “Results Count”) Training from The Annie E. Casey Foundation. She is also a Certified Facilitator for RightPathResources.

Lynanne J. Kunkel | Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer | Vail Resorts
Lynanne was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2017. Previous to joining Vail Resorts, Lynanne served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Michigan-based Whirlpool Corporation and she held various other executive positions within the company including Vice President of Global Talent Development & HR Asia and Human Resources Vice President (North America Region) since she joined in 2010. From 1989-2009, she served in a number of leadership roles at Ohio-based Procter & Gamble Company, including Human Resources Director of Global Home Care. Lynanne has served on the board of directors for both the United Way and Habitat for Humanity in Southwest Michigan.
Wendy Crawford | Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources & Marketing Officer | HonorHealth
Wendy Crawford leads talent acquisition, retention, employee development, benefits/compensation, and employee relations and people strategy for HonorHealth employees and physicians. She has a strong focus on attracting and keeping a talented workforce to provide the best patient care and support of patient care.
She also currently leads the Marketing/Communications function for the system. The focus with this team is the move to the digital space and be more easily accessible to our patients.
Wendy’s professional background includes more than 30 years’ experience as human resources executive and consultant in a wide range of healthcare organizations, including Scripps in San Diego, SCL in Denver and SSM Health in St. Louis. Her expertise includes executive coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development, innovative problem solving and process improvements.
She holds a Bachelor in Psychology/Sociology from Indiana University and an M.S. in administration and management from the University of Michigan.
Mayerland Harris | Group VP, HR | H-E-B
Mayerland Harris, Group VP of HR for H-E-B, is a dynamic, influential leader and team builder with over 31 years of retail experience in Human Resources and store operations - more than 27 of those years with H-E-B. She leads an impressive team of HR professionals including Field HR Managers, Recruiters, Training & Development Man-agers and Organizational Talent Managers. She provides human resources leadership for the Houston Food & Drug, Central Market, Smart Shop and Mi Tienda Divisions of H-E-B.
She develops the strategic direction to ensure alignment with key business initiatives. Her leadership team is accountable for implementation of policies and programs including employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and employee assistance.
Mayerland received her BBA from University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Texas A&M University. She currently sits on the boards of the Houston Food Bank, HR Houston, and the Strategic HR Advisory Board at Rice University. She is a lecturing Corporate Fellow for the MBA program at the University of Houston-Downtown.
Mayerland was named a Breakaway Leader in 2012 by the Evanta Leadership Network, and she was ranked #13 on ExecRank’s 2012 Top HR Executive Rankings. Mayerland received the prestigious H-E-B Linda D Jimenez Award for Diversity in 2014. In 2015, she proudly accepted the “Most Powerful and Influential Women of Texas” award from the National Diversity Council.
