Prior to joining Vocera, Ms. Collins was Vice President and Business Manager for Fresenius Kabi, USA, responsible for the launch of the company’s Intravenous Infusion Pump in the U.S. and led the American Nurse Project, elevating the voice of nurses across the country. Through her previous experience at Masimo Corporation as Vice President of Nursing and Baylor University Medical Center as Vice President, Woman and Children’s Services, Ms. Collins has deep experience maximizing market share and profitability while building on best clinical and business practices. A registered nurse for 28 years, Ms. Collins holds a Master’s Degree in Science Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Dr. M. Turner Billingsley Chief Medical Officer InterSystems
Dr. Turner Billingsley brings a unique combination of medical and technology expertise as well as thought leadership to the position of Chief Medical officer (CMO). In this role, he will be working with healthcare customers, assisting with ongoing development of healthcare technology offerings, and representing InterSystems in the healthcare IT sector. Before joining InterSystems in 2011, Billingsley led the Physician Executives Group at McKesson Provider Technologies, a division of McKesson Corporation.
Billingsley practiced clinically for nearly 30 years including work as a flight surgeon with the U.S. Air Force and as an emergency Department (ED) physician at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL., where he held leadership positions in quality assurance and risk management. He also is the co-founder of Xpress Technologies, where he served as CMO and participated in development of an ED documentation system.
He received his MD from University of Mississippi School of Medicine and performed his residency in emergency medicine at University Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
Blane Clark Senior Healthcare Strategist VMWare
Mr. Clark joined VMware in October 2015, in this role he is responsible for understanding the healthcare market, regulatory changes and industry drivers to enable clients to meet their strategic objectives with VMware solution platforms. Prior to working at VMware Mr. Clark served in a variety of leadership positions at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN. His roles included the Director of Unix/AS400 Services, Director of Meditech Services, Director of Clinical Infrastructure Design and Delivery, Director of Epic Technology and Systems, and Senior Director of the Epic Implementation and Product Development team. Mr. Clark is a graduate of the HCA IT&S executive development program. Mr. Clark was an industry leader in the virtualization of Meditech MAGIC, being the first to successfully virtualize Meditech servers and completely virtualize Meditech production workloads.
He has over 20 years in information systems experience, with 10 years of that time in Healthcare IT (HIT). Prior to his time at HCA, Mr. Clark managed a software engineering support team for L-3 Communications supporting the United States Army. While in that role he deployed overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan in direct support of the US military. Mr. Clark’s military experience began when he was commissioned as a US Army Signal Corps officer. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Masters degree in Computer Systems Management.

Don Onderdonk has more than 30 years of experience in account management with a focus in healthcare and workflow solutions. Don joined Vocera in 2009 as an Area Sales Manager, developing relationships with executives to accelerate adoption of technology to improve healthcare communication. In 2015, he became an Area Vice President, developing business strategies to help customers improve care team collaboration, patient care, safety and satisfaction.
