Harry Griendling is the Founder and CEO of DoubleStar, Inc., one of the US’s leading consulting firms focused on implementing innovative and cost-effective recruitment, talent management, and human capital analytics solutions.
Since 1993, Harry has lead the design, development, and execution of over 700 talent acquisition and talent management projects for over 300 of the fastest growing technology-driven organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, SAP Americas, Eli Lilly, Siemens Medical Solutions, AstraZeneca, The Vanguard Group, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Merrill-Lynch, Pfizer, Campbell Soup Company, Hershey Foods, CIGNA, Travelers Insurance, Ernst & Young, Main Line Health System, Schering-Plough, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, NovaCare, Capital One, Home Depot, TD Bank and over 50 start-ups.
Harry has authored and delivered over 100 seminars and presentations at regional, national, and international HR industry events. He has provided expert commentary in print and televised media for Fox Business News, USAToday, Reuters TV, The Washington Post, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philly Business News Network, and FOX29 News, among others.
Under Harry’s leadership, DoubleStar has appeared twice on the INC 500 list of America’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies and six times on the Philly 100 list of fastest-growing private companies. Harry is one of only 15 inaugural inductees into the Philadelphia Business Hall of Fame.
Harry holds his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from The Pennsylvania State University. He is an active faculty member of the Villanova University Graduate School for Human Resources Management. |
