AnnMarie Gulian
VP, Global Talent Acquisition
CAMPBELL SOUP COMPANY

As Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at the Campbell Soup Company, AnnMarie is responsible for creating the talent acquisition strategy to ensure their ability to attract and onboard “best in class” talent throughout their businesses.  This includes the identification of entry-level talent, through college and university programs; and experienced candidates, through open forums such as national diversity recruiting events and social media recruiting. AnnMarie also leads the process of identifying executive candidates, and was successful in creating strong in-house executive search capabilities, providing for substantial savings to the organization.  Additionally, AnnMarie has a strong interest in how the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition function can bring sustainability into their processes and practices. As a result, she has been interviewed and invited to speak on the topic at multiple venues. 

AnnMarie officially joined Campbell in early 2010 as the Vice President-Global Talent Acquisition, however she began her consulting relationship with them in 2003, a year after she began Gulian & Associates LLC, a talent management consulting firm.  AnnMarie has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment, assessment and selection of management employees. Prior to founding Gulian & Associates, she was the Vice President of Staffing and College Relations at ARAMARK Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Systems & Computer Technology (now Sungard), Dun & Bradstreet Software, and the American International Group, where she held generalist positions.

AnnMarie earned her B.A. degree in political science and business management from Nazareth College and her M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. Ann Marie is a member of the Board of Trustees for Nazareth College of Rochester, NY and an advisor to MyStaffingPro.
