Considerations: Strategic Options Assessment While the Board members and management of many independent hospitals recognize the need to consider alternative organizational models, they are often uncertain about which strategic option is best for their organization or how to conduct a process to evaluate options. This session will address the importance of assessing strategic options before initiating the transaction process in order to achieve the most favorable outcome.
