Liz Dorney-Wilcox Liz is a Senior Vice President and leads the Executive Development Programs team based in Charlotte, NC. She and her team are responsible for the design and delivery of the leadership development programs for senior leaders at the Bank of America. Liz joined Bank of America in February of 2007 as a Program Manager. Before joining the bank, Dorney-Wilcox was the Senior Manager, Americas Learning and Development at Dell, Inc. in Round Rock, TX. In that capacity she led the Sales Training function and supported the learning and development needs for Dell’s 5000+ US-based sales professionals. Prior to Dell, Liz spent 14 years at the General Electric Company. She held a number of Learning & Development positions, including 3 years at GE’s John F. Welch Leadership Development Centre at Crotonville. Liz was a Program Manager at Crotonville and she was responsible for leading the design and delivery of global leadership courses for GE leaders. Liz graduated from Fordham University where she majored in History and Education. |
