As a Solutions Consultant, Danielle Branton is a key contributor to the development of Volt Consulting Group’s (VCG) core offering, engagement methodology and all associated tools & templates.  She is an expert in solution design and has a keen eye for defining and leading consulting engagements.  With a strong emphasis on process efficiency and metrics, Danielle helps VCG produce and deliver the award winning, global solutions serving the Fortune 1000.

As Divisional Quality Manager, Ms. Branton is involved with the development and leadership of quality initiatives and metrics for VCG’s global client programs as well as internally for Volt business groups.  A Six Sigma certified Black Belt and mentor to waves of Six Sigma candidates, Danielle’s singular focus on design, implementation and continuous improvement of human capital business processes makes her a formidable resource to the organization and the clients it serves.

With more than eight years in the Volt family of companies, Danielle has developed detailed knowledge of client program operations, the VCG Global Service Center, the VCG Project Management Office and with ProcureStaff Technologies’ Consol VMS product suite.  Ms. Branton has worked on VCG programs at some of the world’s largest corporations representing billions of dollars in spend in more than 60 countries around the world.

Ms. Branton completed a BA of Fine Arts at University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Certification from the Human Capital Institute.
