Claudia Saran is a Principal in KPMG’s Advisory business and the U.S. leader of its People & Change Practice. She is based in the Chicago office. Prior to joining KPMG, she held leadership positions in the People & Change area at several global management consulting organizations, including Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen) and Bearing Point.
Claudia has over 20 years of consulting experience across the four areas of focus that define KPMG’s People and Change Practice, specifically Change Management, Talent Management, Organization Design and HR Functional Optimization. She works directly with C level executives of varying responsibilities / functions and their respective leadership teams on: designing and implementing the people and organizational aspects of large-scale/strategic change, refining programs aimed at attracting, developing and retaining employees, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function in support of the business. Her representative clients span a wide variety of industries and geographies and include Allstate, Boeing, Entergy, Kraft, McDonalds, Nestle, Sara Lee and US Cellular.
Claudia received a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
