Bennet Bayer is serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and VP Strategy for Carrier Cloud, Infrastructure and Managed Services Groups. He is recognized as “one the 250 most influential cloud executives in the world” by MSP Mentor, and provides nearly 30-years of domain expertise in mobile, telecom, cloud big data and related software technology. His record of achievement includes executive, marketing and operational leadership roles, much of which has been with global responsibility. Mr. Bayer provides strategic direction to Huawei teams and to over 100 major service providers around the world. His contributions include business strategy, revenue enhancement along with technical outsourcing projects. This includes consumer value-added solutions (VAS), business process outsourcing (BPO) and large-scale cloud solutions serving 45 of the 50 largest carriers/operators and one-third of the world’s population.
Prior to joining Huawei, Mr. Bayer built and led the mobility, unified communications and collaboration software practices at Avnet providing solutions to the VAR community across platforms provided by IBM, Oracle, HP, Microsoft and Cisco.
Prior to this time he served as CEO at AaronTel (SIL/BRAC) a Greenfield mobile operator in Bangladesh; Founder of a MVNO start-up (RoamAbout Mobile) providing cloud-based global roaming solutions; CEO of Afghan Wireless, the national GSM operator in Afghanistan; VP/GM of Mobile Business at UNISYS, proving mobile solutions to global operators; Managing Director, Global Multimedia Services at BT/Infonet, running a 19-million user global business; and Director, Advanced Products Division at Casio and VP Sales and Marketing where he developed and brought to market 27 unique products.
During his various tenures Mr. Bayer has conceived and launched to market several hundred new products, services and applications generating over $7-billion in new revenue. He has driven four global $0-$350m business successes and numerous smaller ones and provides domain expertise across mobile, telecom, cloud services and related software applications. During his career, Mr. Bayer has developed four custom large-scale B/OSS and integrated Frameworx/eTom with over 100 carriers and operators around the world.

Brown, a 17-year company veteran, has more than 25 years of marketing, media and leadership experience. She most recently was the Director of Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement Marketing, and she served as the Director of Brand Management at Wachovia. She also held numerous marketing roles in Business and Small Business Banking. Before joining Wells Fargo, Brown was a marketing leader at two community banks in Louisiana and worked in radio for nine years.

Alicia has been part of AT&T’s Sales and Marketing team since 1991, serving in a number of highly visible, strategic roles. Alicia currently leads AT&T’s marketing communications and positioning efforts for global and national businesses and government customers of all sizes. Earlier in her career, she worked in complex offer development for the financial services sector, helping drive over $3 billion in annual revenue. In November of 2014, Kathryne joined Cardinal Health as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Marketing. In this role she will develop and implement an enterprise wide brand strategy and grow Cardinal Health’s overall marketing capabilities. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Scotts Brand, at Scotts Miracle Gro, a global consumer packaged goods company in the lawn and garden sector. Prior to Scotts, Kathryne held various leadership positions at companies such as Nationwide Insurance, AOL/Time Warner, Compaq Computer and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
Kathryne’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University (1991), a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business (1995) as well as supplementary coursework in Finance at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business (2011 & 2012).
Kathryne lives in New Albany, Ohio and is married to Kevin Reeves. She is the mother of two children, Kevin age 11 and Camille, age 13. Mr. William R. Hueffner is the Vice President of JELD-WEN Inc. Mr. Hueffner oversees the brand and as such has responsibility for marketing, customer support and inside sales.
Prior to JELD-WEN, Mr. Hueffner was President of The Players Connection, a sports franchise in Florida and was President of The People, Resource and Development Company (PR&D Corp) located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Bill was the Global Vice President of Sales for ANC Rental Corp (parent company for Alamo and National Car Rental brands), Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for National Car Rental, as well as owner and operator of multiple retail and corporate travel agencies.
Bill has a master’s degree from Pittsburg State University, undergraduate degree from Ozark Christian College and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. Bill grew up in a small town in Iowa and tries to impart those Midwestern values to his three daughters, Tasha, 22 (a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and currently working on her masters in Psychology), identical twins, Kadie and Allie, 19 and student athletes at the University of Oregon both starting for the DUCKS on the women’s tennis team. Pam Marchant has almost 20 years of marketing, communications and leadership experience in the financial services industry. She is currently the Vice President, Marketing and Communications for AGF Investments, a premier Canadian-based investment management firm serving institutions and individuals around the globe.
In her role, Pam leads the firm’s product marketing efforts for retail, institutional and strategic account audiences. She is responsible for AGF’s advertising, brand development and public relations initiatives and champions the company’s digital and social media strategies.

Letha Heaton is currently Vice-President of Marketing for Admiral Insurance Company one of the W. R. Berkley group of companies. Prior to this role she spent 12 years with Markel Corporation. Her expertise is in maximizing distribution channels and includes business development, branding, positioning and strategic planning in the business to business arena. Before joining Markel Letha spent 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry with Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
Letha served as President of the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Organization (NAPSLO), 2010-2011 prior to that she served for five years on Napslo’s Board of Directors, and on NAPSLO’s internship Committee for six years. Clint Ivy is a 15-year veteran of digital marketing having worked at Disney Online, VisualSciences (now part of Adobe), FOX, the Rubicon Project and more before joining the Tealium team. A passionate advocate of analytics as a key tool in the digital marketer's tool belt, Clint led the Walt Disney Internet Group (now Disney Interactive Media Group) to join the Digital Analytics Association as a Founding Corporate member while advocating for analytics as a key business practice throughout the Walt Disney Company. As a Senior Technical Consultant at VisualSciences he helped customers translate their business needs and marketing goals into technical requirements and solutions that helped them leap forward with their digital marketing efforts. Most recently, at Tealium, Clint has designed and built a customer and partner education program that both helps them manage the tactical, day-to-day work of managing digital marketing campaigns and extend their efforts beyond simple tag management to omnichannel, real-time marketing strategies.

Jeff spent 8+ years with Aprimo (now Teradata) in various roles including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, B2B Solutions Marketing and acting CMO.
