Shirley earned her B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and resides with her family in Minneapolis.

Nate Prosser oversees the Leadership Development and Performance Management practices at Vanguard, one of the world’s largest asset managers. Drawing from his background in secondary education and instructional systems, Nate has a passion for helping others reach their potential. Nate is both naturally curious and results-focused, which leads him to continually experiment in search of breakthrough improvements in the talent development field. Nate was also a founding member of My Classroom Economy, a volunteer initiative to help K-12 students develop financially responsible habits in a fun, experiential way. Nate holds a B.S. in Mathematics, as well as a M.S. in Instructional Systems and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University.
