Chris Duchesne Chris is a key member of the Care.com leadership team, overseeing the Workplace Solutions program, to provide and continuously enhance the services offered to institutional and corporate clients, their employees and families. With more than 15 years in the HR technology space, Chris has worked with a wide variety of organizations including colleges & universities, UN organizations, County and State governments, and Fortune 500 organizations across multiple industries. The marriage of technology and service played an important role in the overall solution developed to meet each client’s unique needs. Prior to joining Care.com, Chris held positions as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services at Workscape, a leader and innovator in talent management and benefits administration and outsourcing solutions; and as a Manager in Accenture’s (previously Andersen Consulting) management consulting practice.
