Manager of Program Development
The role of a Manager of Program Development is as stimulating as it is demanding. Our program developers are the engine that drives the conception and development of commercially successful events. With primary responsibility for quality and timely delivery of programs, this role suits those who value attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
As a Manager of Program Development, you will:
- Identify and conduct in depth research with key industry leaders to develop conference agendas
Source and secure high caliber speakers identified as thought leaders in their industry
- Write all conference promotional material
- Guide and motivate cross functional teams
- Liaise with representatives from sponsor companies
- Coordinate speaker participation and represent IPMI onsite at events
A successful Manager of Program Development will:
- Naturally create rapport both in person and over the phone
-Be an exceptional listener and verbal communicator
-Possess strong writing skills
-Demonstrate business acumen with a strong commercial instinct and drive
- Possess a thirst for knowledge and keen interest in current affairs
-Be self motivated and ambitious
-Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Possess a Bachelors degree
