Briggs Andrews Briggs Andrews is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, where he has served as General Counsel to the largest health system in Southwest Virginia since 1990. Briggs oversees a team of four in-house attorneys in the Legal Department which provides leadership and direction to Senior Management and over 11,000 employees in the areas of health law, corporate structure, Stark, fraud and abuse, employment, mergers, acquisitions, research, compliance, real estate, and tax law. |
